Job summary

Walgreens in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced leader to supervise customer service associates and oversee front-end and pharmacy operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store profitability, recruit and develop talent, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.

You will analyze performance data, manage scheduling, and empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating with external partners and maintaining store assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program or two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, professional ethics, self-motivation and strong communication skills.
• Completion of LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and supports Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Leads store team through recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store improvements and opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and store safety; manages cash handling and inventory processes.
