Job summary

Domino’s General Manager at 1200 Jackson Pike leads a fast-paced store, coaching and developing a strong team to deliver outstanding food quality and service. You’ll manage daily operations, scheduling, and costs while driving store performance in a growing Domino’s franchise.

This hands-on leadership role requires excellent customer service, problem solving, and the ability to lead by example, including weekend and opening/closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Create a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and food costs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.
