Job summary

Domino's seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a single store in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, manage food safety and employee development, and create an inclusive team culture while delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role you will recruit and retain staff, monitor costs, operate POS and other technology, and ensure safe driving records among team members. A driver’s license is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees; ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.

Responsibilities
