Job summary

Domino's in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs, ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately, and uphold Domino's service standards. You will manage opening and closing procedures, routine inventory, banking at shift end, and coordinate with staff to keep the store running smoothly.

The GM will plan labor, schedule staff, monitor P&L, promote products and promotions, and train junior managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
• When closing, responsible for end of night bank deposits.
• When closing, responsible for nightly product inventory count.
• When opening, ensure the store is set up properly and ready to receive orders on time.
• Oversee total store operations.
• Communicate with other managers and staff regarding any aspect that impacts business operations.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
