Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance, and customer service while leading a skilled team under the Store Manager.

You will oversee operations, sales, inventory, staffing, training, development and financial management, and promote CVS customer service excellence to build loyalty in the local community.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced communication skills and leadership.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise activities to ensure execution and policy compliance.
• Effectively communicate information to staff and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS service standards.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank)
• Manage sales, inventory, staffing, training, and development to drive performance.
