Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations for Altar’d State to guide daily store operations and guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

You will partner with the Store Leader to achieve sales goals, manage loss prevention, and mentor a team focused on service, product knowledge and brand presentation. This role requires leadership and a passion for giving back through our mission.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong guest service orientation and teamwork.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead store goals and drive guest service excellence.
• Oversee scheduling, floor sets and merchandising presentation.
• Train and develop associates; provide timely feedback.
• Oversee loss prevention and banking controls; safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with district leadership on store operations and planning.
