Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in high volume, “big box” Retail Management, with multi-store experience desired.
• Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and manage merchandising across a large store network.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises managers and oversees store operations, merchandising, and staffing.
• Open and close the store and ensure service-oriented associates are present.
• Achieve financial plans, audit reports, inventory accuracy, and asset controls.
• Provide legendary customer service and resolve issues to enhance the shopping experience.
• Lead training, interviews, performance appraisals, and employee development.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with corporate directives on merchandising and promotions.
