Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily department activities including merchandising, pricing, stocking, and customer service.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales, margins, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Prepare to-do lists and execute merchandising directives while maintaining plan-o-grams.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to staff.
