Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store leadership team in Evanston, WY. You will support the Store Manager in overall store operations, drive sales and inventory management, and lead a engaged team focused on delivering outstanding customer service to our communities.

The role requires coordinating staffing, training, and development, managing finances, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
