Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health will join the Store Management team to drive store execution and customer service excellence, leading a store crew under the Store Manager's guidance.

You will oversee sales and inventory, staffing and development, financial management, and policy implementation to improve performance, strengthen consumer loyalty, and deliver a welcoming health-focused shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Availability for full-time with early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
