Job summary

CVS Health in Ansonia, CT is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the store team, optimizing operations and driving customer service excellence. The role focuses on store execution, inventory control, and employee development to build consumer loyalty and achieve financial goals.

You will supervise daily store activities, lead a productive team, and implement plans for operational improvements while delivering outstanding service to customers and maintaining CVS

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends.
• Preferred: experience as a retail manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and communicate effectively.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer questions and complaints.
• Manage sales, inventory, and financials.
