• Supervise scheduling, timecards, and staff training.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store personnel for advancement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and corporate image.
• Process bank deposits and manage invoices and purchasing.
• Protect assets and ensure proper inventory and displays.
• Grow business by soliciting new accounts.
