Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in leading the store's operation, sales, inventory, staffing, and financial management while driving customer service excellence.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities and can work a full-time, flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends to ensure store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
