Job summary

CVS Health Corporation, the CVS/pharmacy network, seeks an Operations Manager to drive store execution, performance, and customer service excellence. You will lead a store team, manage sales and inventory, and develop staff under the Store Manager’s guidance.

This full-time role requires flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a pay range of $20.00–$34.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise activities, ensuring clear communication to staff and supervisors.
• Provide customer service leadership by assisting customers and promoting CVS service culture.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
