Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist in daily oversight, coordination, and execution of sales, costs, and customer satisfaction. You will help ensure great service, food quality, and cleanliness while training staff and supporting store objectives.

Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing tasks, managing labor costs, maintaining brand standards, and providing leadership in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensures customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervises food preparation to brand standards including portioning and appearance.
• Assists with opening/closing and preparation lists.
• Manages labor and food costs through staffing and efficiency actions.
• Provides suggestions to General and Regional Managers and maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Maintains confidentiality per EEO guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
