CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in Michigan. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service and policy adherence.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead a 40-hour week, manage staffing, inventory, finances, and customer service, and role-model leadership. The role requires flexibility, with early mornings, overnights, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
