Job summary

Wallis is seeking an Assistant Manager in Kentucky to provide customers with an exceptional buying experience. You will support leadership, train team members, and cover shifts when the Store Manager is away.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining safety and SOP compliance, and driving store performance. A strong customer focus and at least 1 year in convenience retail are required.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1+ year convenience store experience required.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when Manager is absent.
• Ensure SOPs for food service and safety are followed.
• Manage staff schedules and payroll submissions.
