Job summary

You will manage scheduling, ensure food safety, monitor inventories, and uphold Wallis Core Values while driving store performance. This full-time role requires 50+ hours/week, weekend availability, and a commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year convenience store experience preferred or required.
• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an exceptional buying experience.
• Lead development and training of team members.
• Accept leadership and support store operations when Manager is absent.
• Schedule labor and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain store standards and compliance with SOPs.
