Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with a positive, approachable service.
• Help merchandise movement from delivery to stockroom and floors.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Handle corporate directives and related communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, record-keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling) and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean and organized store areas and secure assets.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep bathrooms clean and restock supplies.
