Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development at our Gastonia, NC location. You will help organize merchandise, support opening/closing tasks, and ensure adherence to store policies while fostering a positive environment for customers and staff.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and maintaining store standards, including cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail store management experience preferred in grocery/retail environments.

Responsibilities
