Responsibilities

• Exceed customers’ expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain an entrepreneurial store culture and manager specials.
• Assist HR in hiring, training, and developing store employees.
• Mentor, coach, set goals, and evaluate employee performance.
• Develop training plans to increase knowledge and experience.
• Manage staffing schedules and operating hours.
• Maintain assets, safety, and preventive maintenance standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Display and market products to drive sales.
• Keep products organized and properly priced.
• Survey customers for new product ideas and communicate with Purchasing and Management.
• Handle ordering, quotations, and order fulfillment.
• Motivate staff to improve customer experience and meet budget targets.
• Set sales targets and monitor profitability.
• Price goods and services competitively for target markets.
• Administer cash handling, daily balance sheets, and deposits.
• Manage store safety program and incident reporting.
• Prioritize workflow for receiving, stocking, and order delivery.
• Drive company business and maintain customer feedback ratings.
• Occasionally work Saturdays.
• Perform other duties as required.
