City Market is seeking an experienced Store Manager Assistant to help oversee day-to-day operations and supervise store leaders in Grand Junction, Colorado. You will support budgeting, safety, merchandising execution and labor management while ensuring a superior customer experience.

You will collaborate with department heads to drive sales, reduce shrink, and implement division merchandising plans. This role emphasizes inclusion, leadership development, and proactive problem solving across all

Competenze

Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service, operational, and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proven ability to use KPIs, metrics and data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support business decisions.
