Job summary

Jimmy John's in Michigan is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, staffing, food safety, inventory, COGS, and cash handling.

The General Manager leads a team, enforces brand standards, trains staff, and drives performance in a fast-paced environment; this is a bonus-eligible, full-time role.

Requirements include 40+ hours/week, 18+, Jimmy John Manager Certification, ServSafe Manager Certification, and basic MS Office skills; benefits include PTO and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 40+ hour work week
• Must be 18+ with valid driver license and clean driving record
• Jimmy John Manager Certification
• ServSafe Manager Certification (we help with acquiring this if not already)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to train all positions as needed
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-stress store environments
• Ability to coach and supervise employees

• Ensure store is in excellent order and brand compliant
