Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management or customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Passion to lead teams in span of care and provide industry leading service.
• Strong merchandising knowledge to meet customer/community needs and gain market share.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management for store leaders and team members, including development and promotions.
• Recruit, train and engage a diverse team aligned with Meijer values.
• Communicate financial performance, customer feedback, and recognition in daily huddles.
• Ensure product freshness standards and adherence to procedures across store operations.
• Drive store profitability, customer satisfaction, and safety while executing merchandising plans.
