Job summary

Maverik is hiring an Assistant Manager (Operations) in Idaho. This full-time role is cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store, with starting pay $18.50/hr to $20.50/hr and eligibility for a bonus program.

You will lead a team, coach Team Members, and help run daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll join a company that values service, teamwork, and accountability, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the store network.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of supervisory experience preferred.
• Food safety certification must be obtained and maintained as required by state/local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach Team Members to deliver Maverik’s service standards.
• Support daily store operations and ensure a smooth cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store.
• Drive a culture of service, teamwork and accountability to enhance the customer experience.
