Job summary

CVS Health in West Hollywood, CA is hiring an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance and customer service, while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Under the Store Manager, you’ll lead a productive store team, show initiative and set the example. You’ll oversee store operations, sales and inventory, staffing, development and financial management, and you’ll guide the team toward operational and service improvements with a focus

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
