Job summary

Domino’s Pizza, a leading global pizza delivery brand, is seeking aStore Manager to oversee daily operations in the Washington DC Metropolitan area franchise. You will supervise staff, ensure brand standards, manage labor and costs, and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities include customer service excellence, cash handling, training, and coordinating deliveries. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Must be able to lead the team on duty.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and serving according to brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing and prep lists.
• Manage labor by scheduling and controlling labor cost objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation to brand standards.
• Provide feedback to managers and maintain confidentiality.
