Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Market Manager to drive daily store operations, lead a team, and uphold food safety and quality standards. You will mentor associates, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and ensure a welcoming, efficient store environment that reflects the Honey Farms Market commitment to excellence.

You will oversee guest service, schedules, and labor, while coordinating with regional teams on promotions and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on guest experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and allergen controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store team to achieve service excellence.
• Maintain visible leadership on the sales floor and engage Guests.
• Oversee daily operations including cash management, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate promotions with Regional and Corporate teams to support marketing.
• Ensure SOPs, documentation, and reporting are maintained accurately.
