Job summary

CNRG is seeking a Team Leader to oversee store operations in the absence of management and to model the company culture and values in Tacoma, WA. The role emphasizes aggressive customer service, leadership of associates, and responsibility for merchandising, inventories, and store safety.

The position requires training abilities, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store activities in the absence of salaried management.
• Provide aggressive customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise other associates and coordinate merchandise orders.
• Train new associates in product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Maintain store appearance and stock areas, and create merchandise displays.
• Complete cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure safety, adhere to policies, and manage flexible scheduling including weekends/evenings/holidays.
