Job summary

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are friendly and service oriented.
• supervise food preparation and serving to brand standards, including portioning and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening, closing, and prep lists.
• Hands‑on involvement in food preparation, service and deliveries coordination.
• Support store objectives in sales, service, quality, sanitation and appearance.
• Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Assist in scheduling to meet labor cost targets.
• Keep policies on human resources and attend workshops to maintain knowledge.
