Job summary

New Seasons Market in Oregon seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store performance, staff scheduling, training, and customer service excellence. You will partner with store leadership to uphold safety, merchandising standards, and financial stewardship.

In this role you’ll mentor multiple teams, drive operational improvements, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment aligned with our values. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, food service, retail or grocery experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience required.
• Working knowledge with POS, inventory or other retail specific software required.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and staff, including scheduling, training and performance management.
• Directly supervise Store Floaters, Store Operations Assistant Manager, Security Leads, Customer Service Clerks and Housekeeping staff.
• Ensure store conditions, merchandising standards and product availability.
• Oversee safety and security, train staff on security procedures, and coordinate with Store Support for compliance.
• Assist in planning weekly ads, events and holidays using reports and store trends.
