• Open/close store regularly and ensure hours met.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and losses.
• Manage ordering to hit in-stock targets; monitor BSR and cycles.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and pricing are compliant.
• Maintain accurate inventory; control damages and shrink.
• Uphold cashier integrity and cash control procedures.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Ensure necessary tools and equipment are available.
• Follow SOPs and policies; complete documentation.
