Job summary

BFS Foods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily store operations in Kingwood, WV. You will oversee product execution, ordering, sanitation, scheduling and customer service to ensure consistent quality and profitability.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, inventory control, adherence to sanitation standards, and ensuring promotional and signage accuracy while maintaining high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/foodservice team management.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality, fast, friendly service.
• Recruit, train and coach store staff.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize labor.
• Assist in ordering and receiving products.
