Job summary

Foot Locker in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a store leader to support the Operations Manager and drive a premium store experience. You will manage employees, stock, visual merchandising, and loss prevention while ensuring efficient store operations.

In this role you will lead a team, adapt to a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment, and handle duties in a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $19.23/hour with bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to direct staff.
• Adaptable to a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Executes visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, company directives, and compliance to maintain customer experience.
