Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or similar setting.
• Strong customer service and direction-providing abilities.
• Adaptable to changes in an omni-channel retail environment.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, math, and financial-analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrates high ethics, integrity, and trust.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversees shipment of merchandise to warehouse for RTV and store transfers.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles transfer documents, shipment manifests, and nightly reports.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards and supports price adjustments and compliance.
