Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives related to store activities and compliance.
• Maintain fixtures and displays' promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store areas clean and organized; protect assets and cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and supervise/training of store associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
