Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Florida location. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, manage merchandise flow, and support opening/closing procedures while ensuring adherence to company policies.

The role emphasizes supervisory duties, training, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment with strong focus on safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of storefront fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged merchandise, and handle payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts.
