Responsibilities

• Provide training, evaluate performance, address gaps.
• Recommend pay rate and advancement opportunities.
• Set expectations for performance and safety; conduct meetings.
• Open/close store at least twice weekly and ensure staffing.
• Analyze sales, profitability and inventory trends; manage expenses.
• Order to meet in-stock targets and review inventory weekly.
• Staging, stocking and merchandising according to standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, control damages and shrink.
• Ensure cash control and security compliance; supervise cashiers.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and a safe environment.
