Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. You will support the Store Manager, maintain an engaged store team, and lead by example in policy implementation, inventory control, staffing, and financial management.

Ideal candidates have strong deductive and analytical skills, advanced communication and leadership abilities, and are prepared for a full-time flexible schedule,

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime and urgent issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
