Domino’s Pizza is seeking a capable store team member to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction. You will help ensure cleanliness, food quality and sanitation align with brand standards while supporting opening/closing tasks and deliveries.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining service quality, managing cash handling and assisting in scheduling to meet labor cost targets.

Qualifications

• Pass applicable background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in interactions with customers and management.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead the team on duty and drive service standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and that team members are responsive, courteous, and service‑oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service to meet brand standards including portioning and presentation.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift prep lists.
• Actively manage staff and coordinate deliveries to support sales and service goals.
• Contribute to scheduling labor and controlling labor costs.
• Provide feedback to General and Regional Managers and keep knowledge up to date.
