Job summary

Petes Tire Barns Inc is seeking a hands-on Store Foreman/Service Writer to support daily operations and customer service at our store in Massachusetts. You will work closely with the Store Manager, assist with scheduling, training, and supervising staff, and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Responsibilities include tire changes, cash handling, inventory control, and coordinating deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the tire industry.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager during absences and assist with daily operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on training, coaching and employee management.
• Assist with scheduling employees, clock reporting, and assigning work.
• Interact with customers, recommend products and scheduled service.
• Process paperwork and use company systems to maintain billing and inventory.
• Act as shop foreman and as a service writer.
• Answer phones, assist customers and perform tire changes.
• Provide hands-on support at the front desk.
• Cash out customers and coordinate tire deliveries.
