Job summary

Petes Tire Barns Inc is seeking a skilled leader to support daily store operations, supervise staff, and assist with scheduling and customer service. You will manage paperwork, billing, and inventory while acting as a shop foreman and service writer. Hands-on tire services may be required.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in the tire industry and strong customer service abilities, plus a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in the tire industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and training of employees.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and assigning work.
• Interact with customers, recommend products and scheduled service.
• Process paperwork and maintain billing and inventory using company systems.
• Act as shop foreman and service writer; perform tire changes when needed.
• Answer phones and assist customers at the front desk; support tire deliveries.
