Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with empathy.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and policies.
• Participate in tasks such as answering phones and taking orders.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Make decisive decisions under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
