You’ll manage shifts, handle cash, uphold food safety standards, and drive store goals through coaching and training. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a strong focus on teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or food service management.
• Ability to supervise 3–15 staff per shift.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflows and consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Run shifts effectively, making decisive, real-time decisions to optimize performance and address challenges.
• Manage financial transactions with accuracy and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Engage with customers professionally and empathetically, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing and communicating company policies, procedures, and standards across the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment that reflects company standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to establish and achieve store goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in employee training, development, and onboarding initiatives to build a skilled team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards, conducting regular audits and reviews.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering to maintain optimal supply levels.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to support team development and accountability.
• Resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with professionalism and transparency.
