Hibbett, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Vidalia, GA to support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence.

The role covers merchandising, scheduling and overseeing store activities while you learn Store Manager responsibilities. You will work in a footwear and athletic apparel environment, develop leadership skills, and ensure outstanding customer service across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced store setting.
• Experience guiding a team and supporting store goals.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and daily operations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take over store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Supervise staffing, training and performance evaluations as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers and employees across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards and policies are followed.
• Maintain awareness of inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver outstanding customer service per the company manuals.
