Walgreens is seeking an employee to open/close the store in management's absence, handle cash and ensure readiness for the business day. You will process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change while coordinating backdoor deliveries.

Role focuses on delivering a distinctive customer experience, greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with products and services to ensure satisfaction. The position is on-site and requires English fluency.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Preference for knowledge of store inventory control and pricing tasks.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, prepare systems, handle cash, and ready floor and stock for business day.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers; manage backdoor deliveries.
• Ensure a distinctive and delightful customer experience; assist customers and resolve issues.
