The TJX Sierra store in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership, coordinate tasks, and serve as Manager on Duty as needed. The role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

You will alternate Responsibilities with a focus on maintaining store procedures, coaching Associates, and ensuring smooth daily operations across departments.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing store needs and directions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience both in store and on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty in accordance with company policies.
• Coaches and delegates tasks to associates to maintain store operations.
