Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight scheduling and the Feed to Floor process, with weekly recovery duties and security oversight. This role drives safety, compliance, and strong customer service while coaching Operations Team Members and supporting the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or the equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Previous retail leadership experience is required; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking execution.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution with timely follow-up on routines and expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and maintain store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist duties and ensure receiving standards, inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and reconciliation.
• Oversee store security processes and standards, including inside, outside, and high-dollar controls.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support the Store Manager in planning, safety, compliance, and financial results.
