Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead store operations, with a focus on freight processes, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery. You will coach the operations team, oversee the Inventory Control Specialist, and ensure safety, compliance, and high standards in backroom and dock areas.

Responsibilities include executing policies, maintaining equipment readiness, and delivering Legendary Service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking execution.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines and process expectations.
• Oversee weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and maintain store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist responsibilities, coaching, development, and receiving standards.
• Oversee inventory control and compliance processes, including adjustments, discrepancies, transfers, and reconciliations.
