Job summary

MBR Management, a Domino’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our St. Louis store on Gravois Road to drive daily operations and support the management team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service while coaching staff and ensuring policy compliance. Qualifications

• 2+ years in supervisory/management in retail/hospitality/food service.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and resources.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews.
